Seeking help with plant name

Hello - I just recently purchased a plant that has small yellow flowers on
it, and it is supposed to be related to the peanut family of plants. It
looks like crawling ground cover.

Along the main stem, it has already formed roots on it in two differant
places. It may have started to root before it was prepared for shipping.

I lost the discription tag - does anybody know the name of it? I have it
plant in a pot off the ground.
