The discussion on protected species here is a kind of (stale) deja vu for most in the nursery business. It does NOT matter folx! Most if not all protected species enjoy proctection under the CITES system in the controll of collection and transnational transportation. Try buying orchids from South Asia for that matter. I cannot grow and harvest trilliums here but I can import them from Holland with a cites certificate. And for those items that tend to get invasive we have a good arsenal of herbicides.
