Thanks for your message, Madelin.  I agree that the dark pink is pretty
boring, especially since I have so many of them.  I do have one lighter
pink, and now some white. But in driving around I have seen some very dark
red - almost a burgundy, and that is what I would like to find.  Maybe I
will try another packet of seeds which claims to have that.  I share them
with my two daughters who both like the flowers, for the same reason I do I
guess.  It seemed to grow everywhere when I was a child and they feel the
same.  It certainly is an easy plant to grow, and while not exactly a shade
plant, it does well anywhere.
