Kay,
Mosaic Plant is a neat little aquatic, but anything but hardy. I don't get it in before the first of June here in Iowa (z4). Even in Texas and Florida, growers have to protect it during the winter...it is that cold sensitive.
However, once it warms up, it is easy to grow in shallow water in full sun.
