If you mean Eupatorium 'Chocolate', I planted it last year.  It bloomed
with lovely clusters of white bloom in the fall.  I got the impression that
it would get quite tall (6'), but it did not reach half that last year and
it shows no signs of growing very much taller this year.  It did emerge
late this spring, so don't give up on it next spring.  I don't know where
you garden, but I am in Zone 4.
