Hi Everyone!

I need your suggestions!  I just installed a small two tier water garden
and need suggestions for a medium sized, SHOWY plant for the back.  The
pond is made out of two whiskey barrel liners, so that gives you an idea
of the scale we are dealing with.  The entire garden is only about 5' x
8'.  It is located on the east side of the greenhouse so it gets sun up
until about noon...then shade.  I have landscaped around the pond with
several medium sized rocks and want to fill in the cracks with small,
creeping plants and mosses.

The area I need your help with is right against the east side of the
greenhouse.  I want a medium sized plant (no more than 3' tall) to hide
the bottom part of the greenhouse wall and provide a nice back drop for
the rest of the garden.  I am leaning toward something woody, but am
open to suggestions.  Atractive foliage is a must and flowers would be
nice.

I am in Iowa, zone 4.  The area will be ammended with composted manure.
