Two years ago I bought Oxalis oregana from Greer Gardens in Oregon. Their
catalog rates it as hardy to -30 degrees. I can't vouch for that since we have
had a couple of relatively mild winters, but it hasn't been killed off by minus
15 or 20 so far - and, in fact, is slowly spreading in my shade garden. Might
bloom better if it got a bit more sun, I think, but it is still very nice - nice
clumps of green oxalis-shaped leaves, with fairly large white flowers. I have
also read that oxalis montana is hardy, but haven't found a source for that yet.
