Re: [SG] Honeybees

I went to a meeting held by our Horticultural Society that was hosted by a bee
keeper from Arkansas.  It was a very informative lesson about honeybees.  He
told us that the 'wild' bee population had all but been wiped out by a mite
infestation several years ago.  He strongly recommends that anyone that can,
'raise' honeybees, as they are one of the most important pollinaters we have.
Information can be obtained from your local extension office or horticultural
society.
