A Willow Question

Hi everyone,

I have been admiring in a local well landscaped yard an interesting
ornamental willow. It is small and bushy, maybe 5 or 6 feet, and growing
next to a small pond.  The foliage is creamy white with pink tips. Wow! I
nearly ran the car off the road the first time I saw it.

I don't know if this is a shade plant or not, but can anyone help me with
the name of this plant, and does anyone have cultural info on it or know
where it can be purchased?? (I would just knock on the door but the place
is guarded by a very excitable dog.)
