If "Soil Moist" is similar to "Smart Soil"...the potting soil that contains
little water crystals that absorb and slow release the water (or something
like that) I found "Smart Soil" at Lowe's in their "specialty" soil section,
where they keep the charcoal, orchid mix, cacti mix, etc.
