For me it is never 'if it's to be a hosta', it is always a Hosta, I would
suggest: Northern Halo, cream to almost white margins, or Patriot clear
white margins not quite as large as Northern Halo, Antioch, nice mounding
and draping habit, starts out yellow turns white.

Or if you don't want a hosta, how about some Pulmonaria, perhaps a David Ward,
or Silver Streamers or Excalibur, they are not white, they are beautiful
'light' and shiny plants.

Or Heuchera such as 'Frosty' or Splish Splash, Snow Angel.. Heurchera are all
beautiful, but there are many very nice variegated white and green ones.

Finally Tiarella 'Heronsmist' is TDF, and it would be beautiful with
siboldiana elegans, and your ventricosa.

Keep us posted as to what you decide on.
