hehe ...and hi from one in a PNW-alike climate .. maybe even 'worse' -
depend on how you take it! Atlantic west coast ... probably coastal people
are a thougher kind ? .. oh jeah .. just teasing you all - how could we
else take it than just try to keep smiling - and love every single little
sunbeam you see?
I think you midwesteners must be spoiled! :) ?
Just try think more positive about it?
There is a saying: "Every rain drop is a kiss from Heaven"
So how do we garden with all our rain?
Well, it IS possible to be out to both working and gardening in rain - and
another norwegain saying: "there is nothing called bad weather, only bad
cloths!" -- and: 'ut på tur, aldri sur' means: 'out on a tour (a walk),
never sour (in bad mood)! Get your self some real good shoes and cloths to
be out in rain ... and it is not problem.
And if it is only cloudy weather, without rain is no excuse for not being
outside!
I do not know for how long it has been raining by you ... but of course we
get tired of rain in more coastal climate as well - but then we maybe learn
to appreciate the sunny days even more. I think we learn to more take
things as they come in a changing coastal climate .. that is good training
for mental health :)
.. btw the way - lots of Hosta and evergreen will probably love your rain?
