Salix integra 'Hakuro Nishiki'

Does anyone know anything about this plant. I saw it when I was out
today and really liked it. I'm trying to find some info on it but am not
having much luck so far. One thing I did read was that "willows
are
problem-prone plants that require more care than other shrubs." What is
not mentioned is what problems and what type of "more care". One site
says "best cut back in the spring." Would this mean cut back to just a
few inches or......

Anybody have any experience with this plant good or bad that they could
pass along?
