Hi Sue,

I don't think the asters will over run the Daylilies--plants of the genus
Hemerocallis
because dayliles are very aggressive plants and can stand their ground.
The Lilies that I was talking about and I knew that Arnhild was talking
about are
the genus lillium which grow from a bulb, I knew that Arnhild was talking
about bulb
because I know of him from the listserv lillium.

I think the Aster will look beautiful growing amongst the Daylilies for fall
colour.
In fact the daylilies might over take the Aster.  I think you are okay.

Daylilies are another minor plant addiction that I have.
