Re: Mosses again

arnhilde,
i find that mosses are more or less spread over theplanet with no change in
morphology. i'd love to "see" some of your mosses, (thru photography) and
love to do some "dry" exchange (trades) of mosses between us. a client of
mine had a british "moss " textbook, from the 1800's that had actual dried
mosses atached to the pages. i'm sure they could have been reborn with some
watering. however, the age and price of the book precluded such goings on.
your "local" names would be interesting too, too see if "your" feathers are
the same as ours. i have maybe 4-5 good articles on mosses, and would love
to trade.
