Here in central Ohio, we've had the first nest of baby wrens fledge
already. We have a yard full of birds all the time, and still have slug
damage! I'd hate to think what it would be like if we didn't have birds,
but as much as I watch the lily pool where most of the hosta's are, I
rarely see any birds hopping among the plants.
