[SG] C. ramosa

Cindy and Sheila, I too have a Cimicifuga ramosa, growing on the west side
of our house. It's about 4 years old and has never bloomed (it has had a
hard life, what with roofers, house painters, etc.). At the moment it is
about 10" tall and wide. Is that normal for this time of year? If not, how
large should it be? How can I encourage it, other than giving it
supplemental water during dry spells? Miracle Gro?
