Barb, I got some of your bulbs last year, and as I understood planting
directions, I placed the bulbs on top of the soil. Then, worried about the
pesky squirrels, I put a hardware cloth screen over it. But none ever
germinated. I wonder if it was too dry there at that time, or did I
misunderstand? Should I have covered the bulbs? If you have an abundance
this year, I'd like to try again, if I could have answers to the above
questions. Best, Margaret
