I have a few clumps of this in full sun here in zone 4 Marshfield, Vermont. No extra watering. It seems to grow well and get bigger each year even though I take off pieces for friends. Going to work a few pieces into the hosta border this weekend. Height, texture and color are a nice contrast. I like it!!
