BUGS!!!!

My daughter has a greenhouse for her FFA
project.  Her first flower she grew and
sold was mums, which was last year - no
problem everything went as planned.
This spring the annuals and vegies did
good.  The problem she is having now is
the little green/white nats on her
mums.  What are they?  Can we expect
alot of damage to the plant?  How do you
control them?

Any help would be appreciated.
