When this message originally came through, I did not comment, because I
do not care if others want to answer such a thing. But if you look at
the websites which talk about "hoaxes" or other problem type messages,
this one might well be there. I have seen similar ones again and again
over the years that I have been on the internet. When you think about
it, any such message which requests EVERYONE to send a message to a
certain address, is probably either a hoax or a mistake. If I wanted to
right now, I could send out such a message to thousands of members of
various lists, with a touch of a button. If each recipient forwarded
the message to thousands more, the address would soon be overwhelmed. I
have learned to ignore any such message, no matter how appealing it
might seem to be. I believe internet sites have been shut down, when
too many emails arrived. That is why this type of message is not a good
idea, no matter who started it.
