I have had a great amount of luck with vinca. Theres a nursery in Oregon that
I have done bussiness with. I think the name of it is Oregon Trails>I cant
find the address but I know they have a www site. I put a layer of old hay
down on the area that I plant the vinca. Then I take a crow bar and make
holes in the grond put in the plug of vinca and fill it with a mix of sand
and loam. I have had great luck with it and find it the best ground cover.
