Yes, the newer growth roots more easily than the tougher skinned stems from
the prior season - but both WILL root. Park Hills is in northern KY, just
across the Ohio river from Cincinnati (like 3-4 minute drive time to
downtown Cincinnati)

BTW, Where is Park Hills? I was up in Lexington last weekend and managed a
trip to King Nurseries..great place, brought home a few goodies.
