Carmel,

In 1994 we received Phlox douglasii 'Boothman's Variety' from The Primrose
Path, R.D. 2, Box 110, Scottdale, PA  15683.  I don't have the current
catalog with me, so I don't know if they are carrying it this year or not.
 As for the others, I'm sure that seed of several of the species you're
looking for is offered in some of the various society seed exchanges.  Hope
