You're right to rant. I have heard nothing good about Michigan Bulb. They
make all kinds of promises and gaurantees, but you can't even get a phone #
for them for customer service. If you do manage to locate their well-hidden
customer service # (which is a toll call, of course) you either get a busy
signal or no answer. There are quite a few postings regarding their ways on
the AOL board devoted to catalog and mail order gardening, and the stories
aren't pretty. They also do business under a number of different names
because they have gotten such a bad rep. They give the good mail-order places
a black eye with their business practices, which is a shame.
