Subject: [SG] Deer Control
Hi:
Learned a rather unique way to keep deer out of your
gardens in class last evening. Surround it with a
thick planting of sunflowers! According to the
information we were given, the deer will come up to the
plants and then leave. Has anyone used this method?

Hi Diana,
Haven't heard of the sunflower "attack" against deer, though I've been
researching various ways to curb the beasts. I'll try it.
My biggest problem: rabbits. They give me a bad hare day.
