Hi Harry,
I can understand. When we moved to our present home there was this 'tree'
growing against and through a wrought iron fence at the very back of our lot.
I thought the berries were beautiful. I fertilized it and was very proud of
it. Neighbors formed a sorta vigilante committe and invaded my garden while I
was gone on vacation and killed it. It was a poison ivy tree! The foliage is
quite nice isn't it. And nice color in fall.
They also killed the Tree that Grows in Brooklyn that was growing all along
the alley adjacent to our lot.
