Voles have a high shrill squeaky type voice and they love to eat my potted
ASTILBE in the winter.
They make bad house guests too-but I will not go into the story of the vole
that found it's way into the house and terrorized me in bed one night!
Suffice to say - waking up and being face to face to the critters is not a
check-mark on the plus side - for voles.
