Yes. When I had my nursery I grew a lot of plants in hanging pots. At some
point I was having trouble with ivies. They were all wilting and dying. Took
several to be examined at the Agricultural Field Station. The roots were
burned from the osmocote and I was told that osmocote and ivies are not a
good mix, and that others had had the same problem. No more trouble after I
stopped using osmocote. Maybe ivies just need a smaller dose than that
reccommended as I used the suggested dosage. Since then I have avoided it's
use with ivies.
