[SG] Bleeding Heart Question

I planted Bleeding Hearts last fall (first time I've tried these).  They
seemed to be doing so well , then today I noticed that some of the leaves are
turning yellow.
They are in partshade, the soil is a little clayey(sp?), and with the rains we
have had it has pretty much stayed wet. Could this be why? Or could they be
lacking nutrients, that I need to be adding. Any suggestions would be great!
I have become very fond of these plants.
