Sheila, please explain for those of us who are fern-challenged (I love
ferns but know almost nothing about them) what a tassel fern is. (1) what
does it look like, (2) how big? (3) Is it a native? (4) where to get? (5)
what is the botanical name?

P.S. Your other ideas for companions are wonderful! To comment on one of
them, I just discovered H. 'Golden Scepter' myself last year and ADORE it.
As for H. 'Gloriosa', it is one of the most beautiful hostas. I highly
recommend these two. I particularly like your suggestion of the one as a
companion plant to the other because as a friend of mine says, "The best
companion plant for a hosta is another hosta."
