Re: [SG] Adiantum---A Question

        To quote Ferns for American Gardens: The Himalayan maidenhair has a
rhizome which branches to form a low mat; the rachis is two to six inches
long and black. Fronds are three to four inches wide with the blade oval or
triangular, bipinnate to tripinnate.  The segments are wedge-shaped, smooth
and toothed, with only one or two sori per segment. Species is venustum.
Rated zone 5-8.
