I've added a web page on "how to quit" from the Shadegardens
Discussion List.  The URL is

It was listed on another web page, but from the request
received today, I figured it was time to do a separate
page.  Although I can't imagine why anyone would want
to stop receiving mail from this marvelous discussion
list...
