For future reference, instructions for setting different mail options are on
the Shadegardens web server

    http://www.lehnherr.com/shadegardens/mailoptions.htm

But for now, this is what you need to do.  Address your message to:

     LISTSERV@MAELSTROM.STJOHNS.EDU

In the body of your message type this:

      SET SHADEGARDENS DIGEST

Note: You do not need to type in a "subject" for your message.
