Definitely be prepared for a takeover!  I have some that I
routinely divide with friends.  It craws back and forth under a
cement rain gutter under a rain spout.  Just had 2/3 of it dug
out for me.  Recommend you cut it down to about 4-6 inches after
the initial bloom season.  It will rebloom when the weather cools
down.
