I got mine from Gene last summer, and a couple of leaves stayed green all
winter here in zone 5. It was the strangest thing to see green leaves,
looking like some kind of philadendrum out in the garden poking out of the
snow. They were covered with snow for quite a while. I plan to get some
more of them and plant them where I can see them better, it is currently on
the north side of the house that is not frequented much in the winter.
