I SIMPLY ALLOW THE FOLIAGE TO DIE BACK.
You can also tie them so they aren't sprawling. Or plant perennials or
annuals that will hide the dying foliage.
Don't cut the leaves off. They provide the bulbs strength to bloom again
next spring.
