Re: [SG] Need Source: Bluets

Hello Peggy,
You are about 32 miles from me starting at the I 64 bridge. There is a
woodland garden and a nursery display area here and a catalog with over 250
different kinds of shade plants.. wildflowers both native and non-native.
You are more than welcome to come by and visit the garden ... by
appointment, please.
I do not have the Bluets or Quaker Bonnets. There was a thread on Alpine-L
recently about the plants. You may want to check it out in the archives.
Lots of discussion and information. It is my understanding that this little
beauty is annual or biannual. In any case, I have not been able to keep it
more than one year around here and it has not come back from seed for me. I
have never seen seed offered. The plant does grow around this area. On
occasion I have seen it growing in old cemeteries.
