Yes, it is a ground cover. Because of its size, I keep trying to grow it on
the edge of my flower beds. Really likes the center and is determined to
get there. Have 'Harvest Moon' as well as Saxifraga stolonifera. The
variegated one is not hardy here, but it grows in Norfolk, VA. I think that
is 7B. I will go along with the fact that it is either invasive, or at the
very least determined....... Nancy
