strawberry begonia

Now I'm confused. The strawberry begonia I saw in the garden center
houseplant section was s. sarmentosa, but a few of you have mentioned s.
stolonifera. I did a little web-searching and see that both are called
strawberry begonia and can be grown outdoors. There must be a difference,
but what? I know what stolonifera implies; does anyone know what sarmentosa
means? And what is the difference between the two saxifrages? Signed,
confused in Indiana (Lynn, zone 5 NW Indiana)
