Is Royal Family "full of berries," or sparse?

I have worked in garden centers for six years, including one very respected
one. We sold Blue Prince/Princess and I don't remember getting any returns
(we have a year guarantee). We also sold lots of rhodos, and got lots back.
I think the problem with those is the shallow roots, and people didn't
keep them watered well enough before they were established. Good garden
centers would sell what works in the area, but in some cases sell what works
if it's planted in a good spot and given TLC...As far as meservae holly, you
might look for a variety called Royal Family, which is somehow a cross
between Blue Prince and Blue Princess. It has berries even if there is only
one plant. I have had mine for a few years, and I notice that the berries
are on some stems, not all. I now work in the garden dept. of Home Depot,
and we do sell BP/P. Lynn, zone 5 NW Indiana
