Daphne 'Briggs Moonlight'

Clyde, would Daphne Briggs Moonlight tolerate zone 4 temperatures? If so, I
would like to see what it looks like. I have Carol Mackie (for the second time,
actually) growing in a sheltered spot, sort of within a trellis like gazebo. It
has gotten quite large - almost 3 feet - and looks quite healthy, except for the
bedraggled look it takes on every spring. But it hasn't bloomed too well -
think it doesn't get enough sun. It is very handsome anyway and I would like to
try another Daphne, if I could find one hardy enough.
