Tammy, I live in Zone 4 and we plant here until around Oct. 15--6 weeks
before the ground freezes. Of course, we'll probably plant some on the
16th and the 17th and the 18th.......... We have done this for years and
years with good results. Our average first fall frost is Oct. 5.
