Thanks, Marilyn and all of you for the advice..I've heard some good
suggestions and in some cases some confirmation that I had chosen the right
plants already.
But a further question about the loosestrife. I received some as
pass-alongs three years ago..Knowing how thuggish they can be, I planted
them in their own little corner of the yard..Dry area because of
competition with tree roots, and little direct sun (though it is a fairly
bright area).
The thing is, although the clump appears to be growing well, it hasn't
bloomed. I've been considering moving it to more sun, but now I'm not so
sure..I like where it is but would like it to bloom (otherwise, why have it
at all?) Any thoughts? Can I expect it to bloom eventually?
