Berries ... in the shade?

This subject reminds me that I have a volunteer berry whose fruit looks
like a raspberry, and it grows in little sun.  But the leaves are deeply
cut and I dont think that is like a raspberry.  It is very ornamental,
but with huge thorns.  Is there somewhere I can go on the web to try and
i.d. it?  A local nursery could not tell me what it is and I havent
tasted the berries because of that.
