Perhaps I should have given the Latin Binomials for the natives. I'll try
to be more specific in the future. Sweet Gum is Liquidamber: nice fall
color, messy, invasive and a real pest here. I go into shock every time I
go to a nursery and see it for sale! What you are thinking of is
Eucalyptus. No, I live in Arkansas, just NE of Texas in the USA. You know,
the one our current National Embarrassment is from (I will not discuss
politics on this list).
Could I ask a big favor? Could you put your location under your name at the
