bulblet fern

The bulbet fern is a Cystopteris.  There are several ferns in this genus
that have bulblet ferns.  The bulblets are very easy to grow while I
have not found the Polystichum proliferum fernlets that easy to grow on
to mature ferns.  I will keep trying though.  Can't have too many ferns,
you know.
