Thanks for you response, Jennifer. I'm in northern CA, zone 9. In the
sunniest area in my garden, half of the space is in the shadow of the
house in the morning, the other half is in the shadow of a tree in the
afternoon. I was wondering which location would be preferable to the
lavender? I really have no place where there is full sun from sunrise
to sunset. I know I cannot offer the plant its optimal conditions, but
I really love lavenders and was hoping that I can at least avoid
complete failure. :-)
