Rubber Tree

I just bought a new Rubber Tree to replace my old one, which is about 5
feet tall and has approximately 9 leaves on it. The old one will be
pitched out; this is rather sad, as I've had it since 1972, which makes it
27 years old. Was just wondering if any of you have or know of any rubber
trees that are older.
