I too was busy planting new sibs on Sunday - it was just beautiful
out, followed by a much needed rain. (lucky me - lucky Sibs!)
New varieties for this year are:
'Ann Dasch'
'Augury'
'Bickley Cape'
'Butter & Sugar'
'Clee Hills'
'Creme Chantilly'
'Dark Circle'
'Ego'
'Ewen'
'Golden Crimping'
'Harpswell Happiness'
'High Standard'
'Jay Bird'
'Lavender Bounty'
'Little Tricolor'
'Marshmallow Frosting'
'Pink Haze'
'Polly Dodge'
'Ruffled Velvet'
'Shirley Pope'
'Snow Queen'
'Sparkling Rose'
'Super Ego'
'Windwood Spring'
Have only planted about half as I was also making adhesive labels on
a "P-touch" labeler for my metal labels. Unfortunately, my sharpie
pen writing almost totally disappeared off my metal labels in one
season, so
this year I am trying something new. Has anyone on this list used the
'P-Touch" labeler? The "P-Touch" labels look great now - but I am
wondering about long term, worried that they will fade as well. I had
great success with a paint marker, the labels looking fresh 3 years
after making them, but can't find a replacement in any store! It is
called: "Artline 440 XF Paint Marker" (Outdoor USe - Xylene Free)
Size 1.2mm.
What does everyone use for labelling purposes?
